On January 12, 2024, the United States Federal District Court for the Central District of California issued a judgment recognizing and enforcing the arbitral award of Beijing Arbitration Commission (2020) Beijing Arbitration No. 0455, which is the third time that the award of Beijing Arbitration Commission has been recognized and enforced in a U.S. court, and the first time in 2024 that it has been recognized and enforced in the United States.
