Beijing Sino Pro Law Firm is headquartered in the central government affairs core area of the west city of Beijing, with 13 branches nationwide and more than 500 practicing lawyers across the country. It implements full-team management and possesses highly specialized legal divisions, and is able to provide clients with all-round, professional, team-oriented and convenient legal services.
Sino was established in December 2005, with assets of 20 million yuan, and the organization form is a special general partnership. Sino is headquartered on the 13Ath floor and 16th floor of the north wing of the central office building of Zhuangsheng Square, Xuanwumen, Xicheng District, Beijing, which is more than 6,000 square meters, less than 2 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square and has direct access to Metro Lines 2 and 4; enabling it to boast convenient transportation and a great office environment. Sino has offices in Changsha, Shenzhen, Taiyuan, Chongqing, Changchun, Wuhan, Nanjing, Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Kunming, Weifang, Haikou, New York, Los Angeles, Budapest, and Osaka. It has partnered with legal service organizations in significant cities across China and even in nations outside of China, allowing it to combine resources to offer clients better and more thorough services.
As of Jan 2026, there are 200 partnership lawyers and 338 practicing lawyers at the headquarters, with a total of 230 practicing lawyers in branch offices. Sino has a number of senior lawyers among its partners. Mr. Guo Zhenzhong, a partner of Sino, was the director of the Economic Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association and the deputy director of the Education Committee. He is the editor-in-chief of the book “Basic Skills for Lawyers’ Practice” which is designated by the All China Lawyers Association as the national basic training material for lawyers. Mr. Liu Jingwei concurrently serves as a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the China University of Political Science and Law, and as the Standing Director of the Commercial Law Research Society of the China Law Society. He previously held the positions of Dean of the Law Department at Xiamen University and Director of the Scientific Research Office at the China University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Fang Zhiyuan has long served as deputy director of the Disciplinary Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy, the director of the Legal Committee, and the deputy director of the 13th and 14th Social and Rule of Law Committees of the Central Committee of the People's Progress. Lawyer Zhang Qing served as the director of the Education Committee, the Civil Law and the Company Law Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association. Also, he erved as the chairman of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
The name of Sino comes from the “Historical Records, Biography of Jibuluanbu by Sima Qian, which means honest and faithful, rejects false publicity and cherishes the trust of the customer. Sino was awarded "Advanced Collective of Beijing Judicial Administration System 2018-2022" by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security; "Beijing Excellent Law Firm in 2015-2018"by the Beijing Lawyers Association. The "Xin Xin Xiang Dang" Party Building Brand of the CPC Xinnuo Committee has been selected as one of the 100 "Party Building Strong, Development Strong" Top-tier Party Building Innovation Brands by the Working Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee for Non-public Sector of the Economic Organizations and Social Organizations.So far, Sino has not received any administrative and industrial punishment and penalties. In order to solve the problem of honesty of the lawyer industry, the justice department has set up a "National Lawyer Credit Information Publicity System". The roster of Sino practicing lawyers and basic information of their reward and punishment, which can be queried through the system.
Sino has not taken part in the ranking and rating held by foreign legal rating agencies, given the different legal systems and professional standards of legal services used domestically and abroad, the asymmetry of information and data, as well as the confidentiality obligations assumed for the clients.

In 2021, in accordance with the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China's Notice on Expanding the Pilot Program of the Professional Lawyer Evaluation System and Assessment Mechanism, 37 lawyers of Sino were recognized as Professional Lawyers of Beijing by the Beijing Lawyers Association and publicly announced. The total number of recognized Professional Lawyers, as well as the number of specialists in the three majors of Corporate Law, Construction Engineering & Real Estate, and Intellectual Property, all ranked among the top in the city.
