Introduction

Sino Pro Law Firm was established under the Lawyers Law of the Peoples Republic of China and with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. It has more than 400 practicing lawyers. As a comprehensive legal services institution, it has sufficient experience in representing clients in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration proceedings in major construction projects and real estate development disputes. In addition, it provides non-litigation services for large and medium-scale companies in respective mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy liquidation, legal risk management, and compliance management.

Sino is headquartered on the 9th floor of the north wing of the central office building of Zhuangsheng Square, Xuanwumen, Xicheng District, Beijing. It is 2 kilometers away from Tiananmen Square and has direct access to Metro Lines 2 and 4; enabling it to boast convenient transportation and a great office environment. It also has an office in Tongzhou, the sub-center of Beijing, at the address of the 21st floor of the Greenland Central Plaza in the Canal Business District.

Sino has offices in Shenzhen, Chongqing, Taiyuan, Changsha, Changchun, Wuhan, Nanjing, and Xian, and branches in Hainan and Zhengzhou will soon be opening as well. It has partnered with legal service organizations in significant cities across China and even in nations outside of China, allowing it to combine resources to offer clients better and more thorough services.

Sino does not take part in the ranking and rating held by foreign legal rating agencies, given the different legal systems and professional standards of legal services used domestically and abroad, the information and data asymmetry, as well as the confidentiality obligations assumed for the clients.

At present, 6 Sino lawyers serve as directors or members of the All China Lawyers Association Working Committee and Professional Committee; 63 lawyers serve as directors or members of the Beijing Lawyers Association Working Committee and Special Committee (Research Association).
