Sino has a sophisticated talent selection and training system in place, as well as various professional legal services teams that have expertise in a certain practice area and work effectively together. Specifically, it has 3 comprehensive business departments, 15 professional business departments, and a blockchain legal research center. It also maintains an internal quality internal control mechanism. Different practice teams cooperate with each other to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Mr. Guo Zhenzhong, a partner of Sino, used to be the director of the Economic Law Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association and the deputy director of the Education Committee. He is the editor-in-chief of the book “Basic Skills for Lawyers’ Practice” which is designated by the All China Lawyers Association as the national basic training material for lawyers. He is currently serving as the Advisor for the civil professional committee of the All China Lawyers Association. Lawyer Zhang Qing served as the chairman of the Beijing Lawyers Association and the director of the Company Law Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association. He is currently acting as the director of the Education Committee and the director of the Civil Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association.
Sino was listed in the 2007 and 2018 roster of bankruptcy administrators published by the Beijing Higher People’s Court, with a total of 35 and 41 law firms named for each time.
There are 63 Sino lawyers that have been elected members of the professional committees (41 of them) of the Beijing Lawyers Association, of which 9 lawyers serve as the deputy director or secretary-general.
Beijing Lawyers Association carried out the lawyers level professional assessment according to the Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Expanding the Pilot Program of the Evaluation System and Evaluation Mechanism for Lawyers’ Professional Levels, and the Implementation Measures for the Trial Work of the Evaluation System and Evaluation Mechanism for Lawyers’ Professional Levels (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and published the evaluation result on its official website on January 7, 2021. A total of 37 Sino lawyers were recognized. In this event, Sino ranks first among Beijing law firms in terms of the total number of lawyers who were rated as professional lawyers, as well as the number of persons who were rated as professional lawyers in company law, construction engineering real estate, and intellectual property.
