In March this year, Sino Pro was entrusted to provide data special legal services for the Hebei Expressway Group data asset-based project undertaken by China Electronics Cloud.

On September 5, 2024, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hebei Province issued an announcement announcing that the Hebei Expressway Group's domestic intelligent computing cloud joint technology Innovation Center completed the first batch of group company data assets into the statement of about 5 million yuan, and the asset assessment was more than 100 million yuan. This entry marks that Hebei Expressway Group has become the first group-level leading enterprise in Hebei Province to achieve data capitalization, and is also the largest example of data capital in Hebei Province, and ranks among the pioneers of data capital in domestic high-speed industry.

In this data assets project, Sino Pro closely followed the compliance link, conducted line-by-line compliance analysis and demonstration on about 27 business scenario data such as highway toll collection, audit, monitoring, road condition, rescue, weather and other integrated data such as highway basic data, bridge and tunnel data, and traffic data involved in the project. In the end, Sino Pro reviewed more than 1,000 compliance documents, involving about 70 million entry data.

The data assets involved in this project have been registered in Beijing International Big Data Exchange, Canton Data Exchange, Shenzhen Data Exchange, Guiyang Big Data Exchange, Shanghai Data Exchange and the national data registration platform. And obtained three "Data asset registration" certificates of the national data registration platform and four "Data element registration" certificates of Guizhou Big Data Exchange.

At present, Sino Pro is continuing to assist Hebei Expressway Group to create 9 data products involving 4 major scenarios of vehicle traffic, audit, road conditions and weather, and also to assist in demonstrating the compliance of monitoring, maintenance, traffic management, tourism and other scene products.
