On the afternoon of July 5, 2024, the expanded executive partners meeting  was held in the eighth conference room of the 16th Floor office area of the Sino Pro headquarters. All the executive partners, members of the Party committee, members of the working committees and representatives of specially invited lawyers attended the meeting.

Before the meeting began, the participating lawyers inspected the new office area to be expanded: Floor 13A of the North wing of the Zhuangsheng Plaza's Central Office Building.

The first half of the meeting is the work report. Yu Changming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sino Pro introduced the development of party building work; Li Xiaobo, Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Du Xiaojun, Director of the Business Steering Committee; Chen Jinpo, Deputy Director of the Lawyer Practice Ethics and Discipline Committee; Wu Xin, Deputy Director of Administrative Service Center made a report on the work of each committee and the administrative work severally.

In the first half of 2024, Sino Pro continued to grow, with 305 practicing lawyers at its headquarters and 510 practicing lawyers in its total offices. In the first half of the year, Sino Pro headquarters revenue was 122 million yuan. The increase was 6% quarter-on-quarter. In order to provide clients with all-round, professional, team-oriented and convenient legal services, Sino Pro continuously deepens and strengthens the construction of lawyers' team, and integrates all the lawyers in the headquarters into 39 business departments for professional division of labor and collaborative development. At the same time, on the basis of the existing 9 branches, Sino Pro is actively preparing for Jinan and Kunming branches. Jinan is an important meeting point of the Bohai Economic Zone and the Beijing-Shanghai economic axis, and Kunming is the window and gateway of China to Southeast Asia and South Asia. The strong economic development momentum and large market demand for legal services in the two places will help Sino Pro further enhance its industry competitiveness and brand influence.

In the second half of the meeting, all the executive partners voted to pass the promotion of partners. Eleven lawyers, including Wang Tifu, Xu Wenzhi, Song Shiqing, Zhang Anqiang, Zhang Di, Zhang Ruxin, Zhao Xiaolin, Dong Hongpan, Han Haijun, Han Han and Hei Shukun (in order of surname strokes), joined Sino Pro Partners. The addition of new partners has injected strong vitality into Sino Pro's continuous innovation and development, which means that Sino Pro has reached a new level in responding to market challenges, enhancing professional capabilities, and providing clients with high-quality legal services. Next, Sino Pro will pay more attention to talent training and introduction to lay a solid foundation for future sustainable development.

The meeting of the executive partners approved the proposal of adding Lawyer Yan Guozhi to the Business Steering Committee as a member of the Committee.

In order to meet the growing business development needs of lawyers, the meeting discussed the expansion of the lease of 13A floor by Sino Pro. The new office space will provide lawyers with a better office environment and more resources and space to expand their business and service scope; Effectively enhance customer service experience.
