News2023-06-26Recently, Sino Pro was successfully selected as the first batch registered member of the "Data Exchange Compliance Association (DEXCA)" of Shenzhen Data Exchange.
This time, the service team composed of senior partner Wu Jie, partner Yu Xiaoqin, and Han Han. And lawyer Lin Yeli, senior partner, director of Data Industry Development Research Center of Sino Pro, is the project leader. This project is another important start after Sino Pro becoming the first batch of cooperative service providers of Beijing International Big Data Exchange in 2021. It not only highlights Sino Pro's professional ability in data transaction legal services, but also reflects Sino Pro's forward-looking legal service layout in the current major strategic development direction of the national digital economy. In the future, Sino Pro will continue to deepen the digital elements market and contribute to the exploration and development of China's digital economy.
The establishment of the Shenzhen Data Exchange is a key measure for the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and government to firmly implement the spirit of the document of the Central Committee "Shenzhen to Build a Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Pilot Comprehensive Reform Implementation Plan (2020-2025)" and deepen the reform task of market-oriented allocation of data elements, and it is also a key measure for Shenzhen to continuously optimize the industrial layout of the digital economy, important practice to build a global digital pioneer city. With the goal of building a national data exchange, Shenzhen Data Exchange has built service capabilities covering the whole chain of data trading and a national trading platform for cross-domain and cross-border circulation of data elements from four aspects: compliance guarantee, circulation support, supply and demand connection, and ecological development to explore demonstration paths and trading models for market-based allocation of data elements that adapt to the development of China's digital economy.
