Recently, the People's Daily renewed the annual perennial legal service work with Sino Pro to retain the firm’s services for 2023-2024, agreeing that Zhan Shuguang's legal team will continue to undertake the Year-round legal services of People's Daily. This is the tenth consecutive year for the Sino Pro Law Firm to serve as the perennial legal counsel for the People's Daily.

Previously, Qiushi Magazine and Beijing Sino Pro Law Firm have renewed the annual legal counsel agreement for 2022-2023, stipulating that Sino Pro will continue to provide legal services for Qiushi Journal and its subsidiaries, such as Hongqi Wengao and Qiushi Online. This is the second consecutive year that Sino Pro has served as the Qiushi Journal's perennial legal adviser.

The People's Daily is the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the largest newspaper in China. It was named one of the top ten newspapers in the world by UNESCO in 1992.

Qiushi Journal is an official publication of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC), sponsored by the (CCCPC). It serves as an important ideological and theoretical medium for guiding the work of the entire Party and the country as a whole.
