Ms. Aibin Li graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 1996, and graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK with a master's degree in International Commercial Law in 2002. She started practicing in 1998 and worked for several domestic law firms as well as the Beijing offices of a Hong Kong and a French law firm. She taught at the Law School of BUAA from 2003 to 2006, and joined Sino Pro Law Firm in 2018.

- Legal Services to Companies:
- Aibin Li has successfully assisted a number of well-known domestic and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, assisted foreign clients in setting up various operations in China, helped Chinese companies in overseas financing and investment, participated in concession and PPP projects, and represented clients in the settlement of commercial disputes. She has also acted as perennial legal advisor to a number of enterprises to support their daily operational legal needs such as contracts, labor relations, compliance management, IPR, financing, etc. The clients she has served including Peugeot, BNP Paribas, Veolia, Imerys, Bertelsmann, GE, DLF Trifolium, Experian, Cadbury, Beijing Enterprises Group Company Limited, the Export and Import Bank of China, China CO-OP Group, Higher Education Press, Digital China, HAIRUN Communication, China Fortune Land Development, Yanjing Group, and PICC Beijing, etc.
- Insolvency and liquidation:
- Aibin Li has worked in various capacities as the administrator of insolvent companies and as the agent of creditors or debtors, and has conducted a number of insolvency, voluntary liquidation, and compulsory liquidation cases.
- Services to Government:
- Provision of legal opinions to the Ministry of Construction, Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Beijing Municipal Information Office and other governmental departments of various levels on projects such as model concession agreements, implementation plans of concesssion, and PPP projects.
